Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship internationally yet.
Cost
Standard shipping is free.
When it ships
Boo is launching soon. Once it's on sale, orders ship in the order they were placed, and we'll email you an estimated ship date. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Address changes
Need to change your address? Email info@theboo.ai before your order ships. We can't redirect a package once it's with the carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll help sort it out with the carrier, including a replacement where appropriate.
